As we continue to grow, we are looking for an enthusiastic and meticulous Experience Coordinator to join our team.
  • Position Overview: As an Experience Coordinator at Innovus Innovation Center, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks, including greeting guests, setting up equipment, teaching 3D printing, managing social media accounts, data entry, and resetting rooms after events. If you have a passion for technology, excellent organizational skills, and enjoy engaging with people, this is the perfect opportunity for you to contribute to the success of our innovation center.

Skills, Education, and Experience Required:
  • Proven experience in a customer service or hospitality role.
  • Familiarity with 3D printing technology and similar equipment is preferred but training is provided.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of data entry and record-keeping practices.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Greet and Assist Guests:
    • Warmly welcome guests and provide them with information about the center's facilities and services.
    • Assist visitors in navigating the space and answer any inquiries they may have.
  2. Equipment Setup and Maintenance:
    • Set up and ensure the proper functioning of equipment for workshops, events, and activities.
    • Conduct regular checks on technology and equipment to maintain optimal performance.
    • Initiate updates on equipment and software as needed.
    • Schedule in-service training for staff to learn equipment more proficiently.
  3. Mechatronics Room Machines & 3D Printing Instruction:
    • Provide hands-on instruction and guidance to individuals and groups interested in 3D printing, the Glowforge, Cricut, et.
    • Assist users in troubleshooting printing issues and ensuring a positive learning experience.
  4. Social Media Management:
    • Manage and update social media accounts to promote events, workshops, and achievements.
    • Manage and update the info@innovusinnovation.com email address and request for tours, field trips, etc.
    • Create engaging content, including photos and videos, to showcase the innovation happening at the center.
  5. Data Entry and Record Keeping:
    • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, equipment usage, and event attendance.
    • Assist in compiling and organizing data for reports and analysis.
    • Assist in guest check in.
    • Record and respond to website bookings and record contact information in database.
    • Manage camp and event creation in the Sawyer system
  6. Event Room Resetting:
    • Reset event spaces after workshops, meetings, or other activities to ensure they are ready for the next use.
    • Collaborate with other team members to maintain a clean and organized environment.
    • Maintain the cleanliness of the facility by helping put equipment in its designated areas, resetting storage area ensuring supplies are in adequate supply.
