Job Summary:
This position provides administrative and secretarial support to the department assigned. In addition to typing, filing and scheduling, performs duties such as financial record keeping, coordination of meetings and conferences, obtaining supplies, coordinating direct mailings, and working on special projects. Also, answers non-routine correspondence and assembles highly confidential and sensitive information. Deals with a diverse group of external callers and visitors as well as internal contacts at all levels of the organization. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize and organize diversified workload.

Skills, Education, and Experience Required:
  • Excellent customer service, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong computer/keyboarding skills (Word, Excel, Access, Internet, etc. website templates creation), organized and attentive to detail, self-directed and motivated.
  • Must possess the ability to interact and communicate with persons of diverse backgrounds and work well under pressure.
  • Absolute confidentiality required.
  • Associate’s degree in business-related field is preferred.
  • Two or more years’ applicable office experience in similar job duties required.
  • Office experience a plus.

  • Job Responsibilities:
    Job responsibilities will consist of short-term project assignments:
  • including but not limited  to update credentials into SAGE Human Resources/Payroll information system.
  • Provide analysis and update credentials using established criteria.
  • Create new and replacement ID/credential cards for all employees.
  • Mailing credentials and ensure follow up and log.
  • Create reports using Survey Monkey tool.
  • Update templates on careers website.
