Job Summary:
Students will perform clerical tasks according of the daily administrative operations of the office. They will work on special projects such as data entry, filing, etc. The candidate will be comfortable working with a minimum supervision. Attention to detail and discretion are expected. 

Skills, Education, and Experience Required:
  • Sophomore-Senior High School. 
  • Organization skills.
  • Working knowledge of office equipment
  • Intermediate Proficiency in MS Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow instructions.
  • Be a member in good standing of the Seventh-Day Adventist Church.
  • Available to work 3 hours from Monday through Thursday.
  • Reliable transportation.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Maintain files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible for filing.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail (envelopes, packages, etc.).
  • Answer the phone to take messages or redirect calls to appropriate colleagues.
  • Utilize office appliances such as photocopier, printers etc. and computers for word processing, spreadsheet creation etc.
  • Take minutes of meetings and dictations.
  • Assist in office management and organization procedures Monitor stocks of office supplies (paper clips, stationery etc.) and report when there are shortages.
  • Perform other office duties as assigned.
